Florence Pugh and Finn Cole Make Red Carpet Debut at BFI London Film Festival

Florence Pugh and Finn Cole have officially confirmed their relationship with a joint red carpet appearance at the BFI London Film Festival premiere of Cole’s latest film, In the Shadows. Pugh briefly stepped away from promoting East of Eden to support her boyfriend at the event, marking a notable moment for the couple.

Although they did not coordinate their outfits, their individual looks shared a quietly complementary sensibility. Pugh embraced romance and embellishment in a gown from Wiederhoeft’s Spring 2027 collection, styled by her longtime collaborator Rebecca Corbin-Murray. She accessorized with silver Aquazzura sandals, a Bulgari Wild Pop necklace, high-jewelry earrings, and delicate diamond piercings by Maria Tash.

Her beauty look reinforced the ethereal mood of the ensemble. Hyungsun Ju styled her hair in a bow-like half-up, half-down arrangement, while Celia Burton created shimmering makeup and nail artist Dawn Sterling, known as Nailglam, completed the look. The appearance continued the softer aesthetic Pugh has embraced throughout her East of Eden press tour, which has included designs from Rodarte, Patrick McDowell, and Vivienne Westwood.

Finn Cole Brings Classic Brioni Tailoring to the Red Carpet

While Pugh opted for an ethereal, embellished look, Cole took a more traditional approach to red carpet dressing. Styled by Tom O’Dell, the actor wore a lightweight chocolate-brown double-breasted suit by Brioni, paired with a striped cotton shirt and a brown wool-and-silk tie from the same fashion house.

Cole finished his outfit with a Cartier watch, a silver tie clip from his personal collection, and Grenson tassel loafers worn with white socks. The warm brown palette and clean tailoring gave his ensemble a refined, understated quality that complemented Pugh’s romantic styling without matching it directly.

Together, the pair demonstrated how contrasting fashion approaches can create a cohesive red carpet appearance. Pugh leaned into delicate details, jewelry, and romantic silhouettes, while Cole relied on classic menswear and precise tailoring. Their looks remained distinct yet harmonious, making their joint appearance a memorable fashion moment at the London film festival.
