Chloë Reners Wins Fashion Award at ITS Contest in Trieste

The 24th ITS Contest, which took place on March 20 in Trieste, Italy, gave Belgian designer Chloë Reners the special jury mention. The award shows how creative she is and how she sees the future of fashion around the world.

The organizers said that the award is more than just a recognition; it also includes personalized support that fits Reners' creative goals. It shows that the ITS Foundation is committed for the long term. This includes mentoring, networking with professionals, and access to important industry platforms.

The jury praised Reners for being able to mix her knowledge with a clear and confident creative direction. In their statement, they said that her contribution was important because she was a strong female voice in a fashion industry that is still mostly male.

They praised her calmness, patience, and dedication, saying that she could one day run a fashion house. Andrea Rosso, Barbara Franchin, Carlo Capasa, Maximilian Raynor, and Sara Sozzani Maino were all well-known people in the industry who were on the jury. They all agreed that she had a unique style and good leadership skills.

Ten finalists from all over the world were also honored with Reners. Designers from France, the UK, Belgium, China, and the US took part, showing how global the competition was.

The finalists received a full prize package that included a ten-day creative residency in Trieste with help from industry experts. They also got to show off their work for ten months in the "Rise and Shine" exhibition at ITS Arcademy, the Museum of Art in Fashion. Each finalist also got a 10,000 euro grant to help them with their creative growth.
