The supplement brand, popular for its emphasis on “beauty from within,” threw a colorful launch party in Los Angeles to mark its availability in over 1,000 Ulta Beauty stores. The event, staged at The Lillian, was a wellness playground where each room was dedicated to one of Cymbiotika’s popular products.
The event was attended by prominent people in California, such as model Emily Ratajkowski, Shanina Shaik, Jasmine Tookes, Vas Morgan, and Kosas’ Sheena Zadeh. Chantel Jeffries’ music kept the event going as guests enjoyed different areas such as the Glutathione room, where beauty stations were set up with products such as those offered by Sol de Janeiro, Glossier, Tower 28, and Touchland, along with custom fashion illustrations. The Vitamin C room was a huge success, with a design that included citrus-themed decor, fresh juice shots, engraved glassware, and a beautiful orange tree sculpture.

Other spaces also offered unique experiences that catered to wellness and relaxation. The NAD+ space, for example, had elements such as the supplement vending machine, the retro phone booth, and the photo booth. The Magnesium space offered another experience with elements such as the plush seating, the silk robes, and the noise-canceling headphones. The food and drinks also followed the same line as the wellness experience. The cocktails and mocktails had Cymbiotika products, while the food included mini lobster rolls, magnesium-infused pastries, shaved ice with Glutathione, and the white chocolate fondue fountain inspired by NAD+, which was an indulgent experience.
Apart from the experience, the event also represented the changing culture towards wellness. Emily Ratajkowski spoke about the need to focus on internal wellness rather than quick fixes. Shanina Shaik and Jasmine Tookes spoke about the need for balance, rest, and movement as part of wellness. Durana Elmi, the co-founder of Cymbiotika, also spoke about the changing culture towards wellness, as the beauty and wellness culture are merging. The attendees also took away personalized “I’m Into Wellness” jackets, which represented the experience as one that encompassed lifestyle, wellness, and community, which is the essence of wellness culture in Los Angeles.
