The new collection from Crate & Barrel, a collaboration with actress Laura Harrier and her design partner Tiffany Howell, is a tribute to classic Hollywood glamour. The collection has 87 pieces, including a bold sofa, a silver lamp with a tiger's eye gemstone on it, shell-shaped cocktail picks, and a shiny ivory bar cart. The pieces are inspired by the glamour of old Hollywood and have a cinematic, glamorous feel.
Harrier describes the collection as reminiscent of a David Lynch film or a Danielle McKinney painting, blending abstract and literal references to silver screen elegance. The collection’s design is characterized by luxurious materials such as glossy lacquer, plush velvet, swirling burl wood, and shiny steel dinnerware. It’s a mix of ’70s influences, Golden Age glamour, and contemporary style, with a warm, lived-in palette that feels both nostalgic and fresh.

Fans of Crate & Barrel’s traditional furniture will find familiar pieces, but the accents steal the show—especially the lighting. Highlights include an Art Deco table lamp inspired by vintage perfume bottles and a gauzy pendant reminiscent of a ballgown, showcasing a connection between fashion and interior design. Howell emphasizes that many pieces act like jewelry within a room, adding sculptural elegance and subtle detail.
The collection offers a range of items—from bar cart accessories to a chrome fluted martini table—perfect for adding cinematic charm to any space. Howell sees these pieces as modern heirlooms that are sensual and timeless, fitting right into everyday life. Harrier says that the sofa makes a cozy place for long, wine-fueled conversations late into the night, capturing the essence of classic Hollywood glamour with a modern twist.
